Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) through VANICK

FINANCING:
As brokers and owners, we have
extensive experience and numerous relationships with
dozens of lenders. Through our LINIX REALTY, LLC
operations and in conjuction with our loan advisors we
have placed financing on all of our properties and
brokered or co-brokered many loans for friends and
clients on terms that have been far better than they
could have achieved directly.
INSURANCE:
As licensed property and
casualty insurance agents under LINIX REALTY, LLC we
provide the insurance for all of our properties and for
numerous clients directly or though co-brokers. We deal
with top insurers and can be aggressive due to our
volume and relationships. We are also able to broker
title insurance and can effectively meet any real estate
insurance need.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Due
to our extensive development experience, we are well
versed in all types of construction and can offer these
services through our SHENK BUILDERS INC. operation.
LONG-TERM
PLANNING: We have managed to
